Terms & Conditions
- All stated prices are per person.
- The marathon ticket is issued to you personally and you cannot transfer it to someone else.
- Payment needs to be made within 14 days of receipt of the mail with the payment information. After that, your registration expires and we can sell the ticket to someone else.
- In case of cancellation, a possible refund depends on the timing of the cancellation:
- Up to 30 days before the start of the marathon: You will receive a guaranteed refund of 55€. If we can resell your ticket, you will receive a total refund of 115€ (ticket price minus 10€ cancellation fee).
- Less than 30 days before the start of the marathon: You will only be reimbursed if we can resell your ticket. In this case, you receive a refund of 115€ (ticket price minus 10€ cancellation fee).
- Less than 10 days before the start of the marathon: Sorry, a reimbursement is no longer possible.
- Bank transfers are to be made in Euro. We cannot cover potential banking fees.
- By registering for the marathon, you agree that you may appear on photos being taken during the event, and that these photos may be published on the marathon website and in social media.
